BTN recognized Bailey as one of the 25 Most Influential Executives in Business Travel in 2018 for his work to mobilize peers who issued the 2018 Corporate Travel Innovation Manifesto. In 2015, BTN named Bailey as Travel Manager of the Year, and also recognized him as one of the Top 25 for driving innovation by collaborating with technology firms and startups. Bailey joined Microsoft in 2005 from American Express Global Business Travel, where he managed global reporting for client Microsoft.
