As Global Director of Travel, VenueSource and Payment at Microsoft, Eric Bailey leads teams responsible for more than $1 billion in travel and meetings spend. BTN recognized Bailey as one of the 25 Most Influential Executives in Business Travel in 2018 for his work to mobilize peers who issued the 2018 Corporate Travel Innovation Manifesto. In 2015, BTN named Bailey as Travel Manager of the Year, and also recognized him as one of the Top 25 for driving innovation by collaborating with technology firms and startups. Bailey joined Microsoft in 2005 from American Express Global Business Travel, where he managed global reporting for client Microsoft.
Susan Lichtenstein the is founder and managing partner of DigiTravel Consulting, which is dedicated to simplifying T&E programs to enable digital and direct supplier connections between corporations and travel suppliers. Her extensive background in travel and meetings includes senior positions on both the corporate buyer and supplier sides of the industry. Known as a disruptor and innovator, Lichtenstein is a recipient of multiple awards, including her 2017 induction into BTN Group’s Hall of Fame.
