Understanding How Traveler Behaviors Vary
Many of the learnings we’ve gained from our research into the multigenerational workforce can be informative for the new future of work – and make no mistake, we expect our industry will bounce back stronger, smarter and more prepared for any future disruptions that may arise.
The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), in collaboration with Deem, surveyed 131 travel buyers across the globe to generate rich, compelling quantitative and qualitative data to help us:
1. Understand travel buyers’ perspectives on the needs of different generations of business travelers;
2. Assess whether current business travel tools and technologies meet these needs; and
3. Identify any gaps in existing knowledge and services in relation to this population.
