Internet Explorer (IE) remembers the size of the last pop-up page you've visited and will open subsequent pop-ups in the same sized window, regardless of the size of your original page. Here are two options to ensure pop-ups are opening in a full-size window.

1. Go to IE Settings (the gear icon at the top right of the browser window)

2. Select "Internet options"
3. Select the "Tabs" button

4. Under "When a pop-up is encountered:"  select the "Always open pop-ups in a new tab" option
5. Select "OK", and "OK" again
6. Stretch out your browser window
7. Select the "ground transportation" link again

or

Reset the IE pop-up size memory

1. Stretch out this window to full screen
2. Stretch out the GetThere window to full screen
3. Close this window

4. Return to GetThere and select the "ground transportation" link again
